June 2009 | NEW Martini Lounge now open for business!

While we complete the construction of the main thatched dining room, the entrance and our organic fruit, herb and vegetable garden, we have limited capacity in our small temporary dining room and new Martini Lounge!

Throughout the low season we will be busy developing our locally inspired Martini range including such treats as Seaweed and Rum, Hibiscus Cosmopolitan and Toledo Chocolate and Coffee. We will also be developing our bar menu and will be testing out a few different and exciting ideas for the coming Summer!

As our seats are very limited book tables or bar seats early to avoid disappointment!

Please note: The martini bar is also available for drinks and snacks if there are no tables available

French Connection will cease to operate in its current location mid May. Do not miss the opportunity to come for a last meal before we close. No re-open date is set at this time.

May 2009 | Building our future

French Connection is building our new restaurant which is located in the heart of the village, next to the Police Station and opposite Scotia Bank. For pictures from the building project please join our facebook group.

January 2009 | CHEF LAUREN

We welcome our new Sous Chef Lauren Marshall. Lauren will be with the French Connection during the high season from December to May.

During the summer months she is the Sous Chef at Chanticleer, Nantucket USA.
